XP SP3 DEBACLE
Were your PCs affected by last week's Windows' Update? The installation of Service Pack 3 broke the Zone Alarm firewall as it was stopped from accessing areas of the system it relied on to function.
Our helpdesk was besieged by callers with no Internet connection - ZoneAlarm was blocking all traffic. We recommended uninstalling ZoneAlarm and downloading Comodo's firewall instead; thus far our clients are very happy with it.
